Inkyoink Refund and Cancellation Policy

We understand that things don’t always go as planned, so we’ve created this policy to provide you with clear information about how to cancel or request a refund for your order.

Refunds:

Refunds, if approved tend to take 3 to 30 business days depending on the mode of Transaction made.

Inkyoink offers full refunds for the following reasons:

Order errors: If we make a mistake with your order, such as printing the wrong book or binding it incorrectly, you will receive a full refund.

Product defects: If your book arrives damaged or with printing defects, we will offer a full refund or reprint the book at no additional cost.

Non-delivery: If you do not receive your book within the estimated delivery timeframe and we cannot track it down, you will receive a full refund.

Cancellations:

You can cancel your order at any point before it goes into production. Here are the refund timelines:

Prior to design approval: You can receive a full refund.

After design approval and before production: You may receive a partial refund, depending on the amount of work already completed. Please note that design fees and any incurred transaction fees are non-refundable.

Once production has begun: Unfortunately, cancellations are not possible, and you will not be eligible for a refund.

How to request a refund or cancellation:

To request a refund or cancellation, please contact our customer service team at print@inkyoink. Please include your order number and the reason for your request.

Return Policy:

Since our products are designed Specially for each individual, we don’t provide any returns for our products.

Additional notes:

Custom designs: Please note that customized designs are non-refundable once approved.

Sale items: Refunds for sale items may be subject to different terms and conditions. Please check the item description for details.

Force majeure: We reserve the right to delay or cancel orders due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or pandemics. In such cases, we will offer you a full refund or the option to re-order later.
