How do I personalize the story book?

All the books have options below the Description for Customization. Please take note that Customization/Personalization varies depending on the book.

Can I edit my personalization choices after making an order?

We start preparing your order within few hours after payment confirmation. However You could always Email/Call us within a reasonable time, if the order doesnt enter the printing line, we will make necessary changes.

Do you offer gift wrapping and personalized messages?

Yes, we do offer Gift wrapping and Custom messages. Most of our books have a dedicated page for personalized messages.

What age range are the books suitable for?

At present all the books we have are intended for audiences above 18 years of age.

What are the books made of?

Our books are made of High-Quality Papers and Artboards. Hard Cover of the books are again Laminated with a Matte finish to increase the durability of the book.

What is the quality of the printing and illustrations?

We use child-safe inks and the illustrations are designed by professionals to ensure thorough print quality.

Do you offer bulk discounts or corporate gifting options?

We have a house full of Designers and Print Media specialist. We also undertake Mass volume custom projects.

Are the story books available in different languages?

At the moment, our books are primarily available only in English. However, we are actively working to expand our language options to accommodate a broader audience

Shipping & Returns:

How can I track my order?

Once the order is packed and shipped, you will receive the tracking number through email or your registered mobile number.

Do you Ship Internationally?

At present, we ship only in India.

What is the standard Delivery time?

Usually it takes 3-5 Working days for the product to reach you once it has been shipped.

Can I return or Exchange a Personalized book?

Unfortunately, due to the personalized nature of the books, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. Please review your personalized details carefully before placing an order.

How are the books packed?

We use high-quality Kraft packaging. You can rest assured that the book will be delivered in good shape.

Payment:

What are the available payment methods?

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI and other secure online payment gateways through our payment partner PhonePe. Check our website for a complete list of accepted payment options.

What if my Transaction failed and Money has been debited from my Account?

If the payment has been debited with a Failed transaction it will usually be credited back to you within 48Hours. However if it fails, you can write to us with your transaction id, 

Do you have Cash On Delivery?

Due to the heavily personalized nature of our products, we don't support Cash on Delivery.
